Carolyn Manning established Carolyn Manning Consulting Services in 1997. She is a registered psychologist (20 years membership of the Australian Psychological Society) and is a nationally accredited mediator and a Full Member of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators of Australia. She is also the founder of Dial M for Mediation a specialist mediation and dispute resolution business.
Our services include Employee Assistance Programme counselling, occupational rehabilitation services (registered provider with WorkSafe) training, risk management, trauma debriefing and private counselling.
Carolyn Manning also provides alternative dispute resolution services (including mediation and negotiation services) and business solutions to complex work issues for both the corporate sector and government.
