Our consulting services provide support and advice to employers as well as individuals who are dealing with difficult or complex issues such as relationship/communication breakdowns at the workplace, bullying and harassment claims, workplace bullying and staff conflict.
Carolyn Manning has conducted investigations into harassment claims for police and local councils and has acted as an expert witness in a high profile harassment and bullying case.
We also conduct climate surveys for organisations to support them through a change management process.
Consulting advice is also available for employers who are managing complex WorkSafe claims. Carolyn Manning Consulting Services has supported staff through coronial enquiries and provided risk management assessments for employers.
