Carolyn Manning Consulting Services training topics include stress management training, mediation, dealing with difficult customers and trauma management training (i.e. assisting management to better respond and deal with critical incidents in the workplace). Our customers have included ombudsman offices at a national level, one of the Big Four banks, a major health group and industry associations.

Carolyn has provided a national training series on subjects, which have included "Dealing with Difficult Customers" and "Introduction to Mediation" for the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals. In addition, Carolyn has provided training for indigenous organisations on conflict management as part of a national programme.
